

Whilst we try to ensure that we have sufficient space for everyone, demand varies, so there may be a wait as we operate a 1-in-1-out policy when at capacity. We operate the AVPs on a first come, first served basis. If customers have several people attending the festival with them, they can swap their PA/Companion access to the AVP throughout the festival.Īsk a member of the check-in team how this works when you collect your wristbands at the event.

Limited seating is also available at each platform however, access customers are welcome to bring their own (where space allows).Īs AVPs have a limited capacity, these are strictly for Access Customers and their PA/Companion. These are managed by the Disabled Access Arena Manager supported by a team of stewards and security.Īll AVPs have ramped access, wheelchair-accessible toilets, and charging points.
